This work contract model works BEST when you have changing requirements and is high recommended for support and maintenance work.

You as a client will enjoy full flexibility of controlling your own team placed at our facility and to decide what they work on daily. Basically its nothing less than your own employees, just sitting at some other well connected location, but with no liabilities on you. It saves you infrastructure setup costs, avoids any HR costs, makes you totally free from month end hassles of salaries, raises, recruitment etc. We take care of all of that for you, almost for FREE.

• There are typically two ways to work under this model:
   - Hire engineer(s) on time based work on pre-fixed hourly rates
   - Hire engineer(s) at a pre-fixed monthly rate


• The assigned people works exclusively for you as your offshore team
   - use your own custom formats for work management 
   - use our formats for work management
   - first hand management: work directly with your resource
   - we do the management for you: you have a point of contact who manages your resources at no extra cost

• You will be in direct contact with the team in terms of assigning work, deciding priorities and providing feedback
